Residents can close your street so that kids to play at other times regularly through special street play road closure arrangements. See these special sites that give you all the help you need to set this up with your neighbours.

- Look for the Playing Out and play streets Facebook group for parents and residents is a great source of support, tips and solidarity for organising play streets.
Want to work with your neighbours in your area to organise play streets? Streetspace CIC help parents and residents overcome barriers to organising play streets. Play Street Pioneers involves a peer-peer group working to gain solidarity and friendship along the way. It’s very low cost and they’re looking for local authority partners to work with.

Window Wanderland
This is a street by street neighbourhood trail where residents decorate their windows, especially in winter when they shine out when you look in. Creative for kids and adults, they are a great playful neighbourhood activity.
