Thursday 31st October was another chance to mix with neighbours in your street.
HelloWeen has become more of a fancy dress event for neighbours to mingle, and not just for kids. More of a Trick or Meet?
Many adults in some streets around the UK also dress up in scary or other costumes to enjoy an informal party in the street.

This does not mean having to close the road but just as a simple ‘street meet’.
